I completely turned off the backup foolishly, If I diagnosed the computer correctly I think there’s a problem with the memory so there is a chance that everything is lost.
Hmm ok, so your ram (memory) then?, If your drive (storage) is still OK then your files will probably still be on your drive (storage). As far as I know... since memory isn't for permanent storage.
Idk, im just trying to see if there anyway I can try to help you could get your stuff back.
